Represented the buyer in the $1.285 million acquisition of an Another Broken Egg restaurant franchise and related business assets. Representation included buy-side legal due diligence, review of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and franchise agreements, analysis of franchise transfer requirements, review of commercial real estate and lease matters, negotiation of acquisition documents, and review and negotiation of lender and financing documents associated with the acquisition.
