Represented the seller in the $1.75 million sale of a Pilates franchise business to a private equity buyer. The company operated two franchise locations offering group and private Pilates instruction. Representation included sell-side transaction structuring, negotiation of the purchase agreement and related transaction documents, and coordination of the closing.
